Experience and Skills:
Candidates should have strong research and writing skills, be detail-oriented and organized, be comfortable working independently in an office environment, and have an interest in learning about textbook publishing. Those with an interest in writing and rhetoric are especially encouraged to apply. If you are applying to another Norton internship, please indicate as much in your cover letter. Specific work hours are flexible, but interns usually work 3 or 4 days for a total of 20 hours per week over a three-month period. College juniors, seniors, and recent graduates preferred.
To apply, please e-mail your résumé and cover letter as an email attachment to Alex Lee (firstname.lastname@example.org). To be considered for an internship, you must follow these directions and apply directly to the hiring manager.
